Just Finished Up This Pedal. Liking it.

As many of these that I build I'm usually a straight to amp guy but this one really shines IMO. Should be pretty close to a BE-OD.

Gear used:
ESP ltd H-200FM with DiMarzio Satur8 (bridge) / DiMarzio PAF Joe (neck)
Marshall DSL100H set to completely clean (Made in Vietnam)

Would love to hear that into a Fender-type clean amp. Also thought it would have been really cool if they would have moved the Cyclops logo a bit and put the light as his eyeball when you turn on the pedal.

I like my cmatmods brownie through a fender. It's one pedal that can really matshallize a fender.

Thanks! I don't despise the onboard ultra gain channel like some do. But I do like this pedal's type of overdrive better. It has a smoother meatier voicing to it.

I was originally going to do the cyclops eye for the LED but decided against it becasue I didn't like where it would sit on the enclosure.

Well ...damn...I didn't realize that I actually finished this circuit over a year ago (just never completed the enclosure). This video was right after I finished it and was just testing it to see if everything worked. This is through a Port City Pearl 50. So that should be pretty close to a Fender clean...Bassman type of circuit I think? I don't remember the settings on the pedal or guitar or anything to be honest. It sounds a bit bassy and would probably set it up differently if I were to do it again.

So those wanting to hear it through a Fender clean...here you go.

I don't despise the ultra as some do either.

I would be curious to see how close you could get them. See if you can get the pedal through the clean and the amp OD.
