The verdict is 
It sounds totally unlike any Duncan or Dimarzio I have ever used. It's really hot, but very open sounding. Much tighter than the Custom 5 I had in there before. Appears I'll be backing the mids on the amp back down as the Hellabucker has plenty. I'll try and do some clips later.
