Been looking for a Herbert for some time now, luckily enough i was able to find one locally. All i can say is WOW, its the sound I've been hearing in my head for years but couldn't seem to find in any other head! I damn near pissed myself when i first played it. BEST cleans I've ever heard in a channel switching head, channel 2 in + mode is STUPID good, it sounds huge!! also I've never played an amp that sounds so good at bedroom levels as well. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

If i was Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore i'd say.....

"You hear that? Do you hear that?.... DIEZEL, son. Nothing else in the world SOUNDS like that............... I love the SOUND of a DIEZEL in the morning."

"Sounds like victory"

have fun, i spent alot off my time on channel 1. I just love the clean channel.

I just got one myself and man does it sound so good. I first heard one at my buddys house just when he got it and I was blown away I truly never heard anything like it. Now it belongs to me and I am so happy I cant express how I feel right now.

Yup...Marty just said he slid one your way. Sweet!
I really love that amp.
They are amazing arent they?

Congratulations..... you just purchased the best amp that is being made, and has ever been made.

Congrats! Herbies are awesome. I have my ch2 set up with the + on but sounding like AC/DC. I use the 3rd ch for heavy stuff. ch 1 is beautiful as well :)

Congrats!! Herbert is an AMAZING amp...hats off to Peter and all at Diezel

Thanks guys! I am experiencing a problem with my head unfortunately. On channels 2 and 3 I'm experiencing ALOT of hum, to the point were it makes the amp impossible to use live. I have heard that the Herbert runs pretty quiet for a high gain amp so I'm just wondering what the problem could be? The guy i bought the head from a few weeks ago said that the tubes were just replaced with the ones Peter Diezel recommends. Anyone else experience this before?
