I think I've died and gone to heaven as I just finished my initial run with Marsha #25 that just arrived...thanks again to the previous owner for letting it go! I owe you at least a case of cold ones if not several.

There's nothing more I can say that hasn't been said already about Friedman amps. There is no doubt that Dave Friedman builds the best modded Marshalls I'll ever hear. Thanks Dave for making the sounds in my head a reality. This is the end of a long road of amp purchases and I'm finally there thanks to Dave and all the previous owners of #25. Now back to letting it rip.
I don't think I've ever been this happy!!!!!!

Congrats man!!! I have #22 at Dave's shop right now getting a couple mods done.. Hands down my favorite amp I have owned so far

Congrats man! My modded Mojave with Brown Eye and Custom 45 is IT for me. Totally nailing every great Marshall tone that I have ever wanted!

Thats cool, what other modded Marshalls or different amps did you own?

Have you had the chance to compare the Marsha to say a Bogner or Custom Audio...

I have had a bogner 100B, two 101B's, two fish's (one original, one reissue), Diezel Einstein, a Reinhardt Storm, SLO-100, Landry as well as several other Marshalls. I've heard and played the CAA PT-100 and the Marsha smokes them all big time IMO.
Thanks to everyone for the congrats!

Ohhh my god, you said "smokes them" I can't even begin to imagine what tha amp sounds like!!!!!

I have a 78 JMP 100 watter with 6550's that Dave adde the BE,HBE, JBE, Fat, Sat, and modern switches too. Got the map three days ago and I am totally digging the shit out of it. I can actually crank it good and not have icepicks piercing my eardrums. I can get great vintage smooth JMP tones from the amp all the up to some fairly brutal tones. The high end just sings. The filter caps are still original and one is bulging pretty good. Gonna swap them all out with F&T. I can't imagine the amp getting better, but I know the cap job is going to tighten the bass even more and add some punch. Havn't touched my MK50 in three days either and I just stopped missing my Wizard.

Yep, Dave is right up there with the best builders in the world. Ted Stephenson is another fantastic and talented builder at PWE Amplification....check him out! Loved his Event Horizon I had to sell to get the Marsha and love it too.

It's a 100 watter...I don't have any clips but will get over to Seitz333's studio soon to lay down some clips.

Dying to try out the Marsha. I have a Jet City JCA20H with the the Dave Friedman Brown Eye, saturation switch, and FX loop. I know we will A/B them, and try to put up some clips of the A/B Brown Eye mod.

We are going to ty and hook up tomorrow and get some clips done.
