Kasha Rockmod III

Thinking about ordering a new rockmod III. Really like the clips I've heard especially the nice clean channel which seems to be hard to find in a rack preamp. I'm using a jmp-1 right now and not really digging it, clean channel is not so good,the od channels are ok but nothing really special. The rockmod III can also be ordered with midi and holds presets which is very appealing to me. Not really finding many other options in a rack preamp that give me this.
Not finding a lot of info on the Rockmod III on the net either, the II seemed to be well-liked. Kinda feel like I'm in unchartered territory here.
Anyone have experiences ordering amps or anything else direct from kasha lately?

Yeah thought of that, but kinda like that the rockmod is a true tube pre with 6 12ax7's.. like to roll tubes to get my sound. Plus read mixed reviews on the jmp mod.

I don't know John but did talk to him a while back on the phone 'cause I had read about his earlier stuff.

I was asking about a Pre that would also have a Power Tube for low power monitoring and or/ running into a Pa or larger Amp or DAW etc.- he came out with the Brick instead- a mini head.

But his current Rockmod 3 looks like it could be very good- I just wonder why there are not more clips of it anywhere- great pricing also.

I see that he does have a 5 watt Power Amp option to add to the Preamp for studio etc.- just wish he'd have someone demo it more thoroughly.
