Sounds great man. I dial mine in for more of a compressed Fear Factory or Prong type tone but those open, high gain brown sound type tones are there to be had for sure.
I don't use the tone studio online Boss EQ app either. Are you using the app for further tweaking?

This was just me fiddling with the physical knobs when I first got it. I have been using the tone studio though, primarily to fine tune boost and fx parameters.
