Keeping it simple, the brilliant JBG MK II lineup

I saw this lineup live in London as well as BBA, but this Rough and Ready touring lineup with Max Middleton, my fav JB keyboardist, even over Jan Hammer, the dynamic Cozy Powell, when he was keeping it simple, before all the big kit, the great Bobby Tench on vox, Clive Charman on bass, rock solid, funky groove player. Jeff with that famous naturally finished Strat with the broken pick guard and the first time I have seen it with a pre-CBS headstock, I have only seen it with the large headstock before.
This is a prime example of less is more, a simple smal box 50 watt Marshall Plexi, with some checkerboard cabs and only a wah pedal, Jeff is getting an amazing tone and some great feedback.
What a band, these guys could really play and it was like Christmas finding these rare clips for an old school guy like me.

Jeff even throws in a little "Whipping Post" into Morning Dew..lol
Just blows me away and Max was a great writer as well, going on to the Orange album Blow by Blow and some of Wired I believe, super talented.
