One thing about fuzz pedals - they are super picky about what you feed them. I had to build a pedal with a small transformer to 'unload' the kemper profiling output from the fuzz. Worked great, here's my results :)

Both clips are an Eric Johnson signature fuzz face feeding a '74 Marshall 50 watt head that is stock.

This one is a lot gainier and grittier - I was going for splatter and just general fuzz mayhem.

This one is obviously smoother, more of a sweeter lead tone. Both need some tweakage but I'm pretty happy with how they came out. i wasn't sure if the Kemper would capture the interaction between the fuzz and the amp, but it did in spades.

Did you sample it with your tone rolled back on your guitar or up? I'm not sure how the Kempers sample a sound. I do know that I can get really close to his sound with a plexi, a light boost and rolling my tone back on my guitar to about 50%, which gets it close enough for horseshoes.
