KH/DK finally got me… new Gary Holt pedal

So these guys always do these pedals that sell out wicked fast and then go for crazy prices used.

I don’t often pay too much attention BUT, when I saw Gary’s “in room audio” vid of the prototype, and knowing I backline a lot of gigs, I was super interested.



I almost passed on it til my buddy who is on the super-special early email list told me he’d order for me and I could get a custom color…

I opted for red/black because JerEvil! Lol.

So it is a preamp meant to feed a power amp? Or boost on top of existing amp tone.. That company does make really good sounding pedals though no question. They seem to work with a lot of these old school metal artists.

In the vid it’s Gary with it in the return of an amp. It’ll do both via and internal dip switch.

That’s how I run my custom pre that Wayne built me. It has a power amp out jack that I send to the return. It will be my center dry when I get the correct splitter to run with my rig.

Looks like the Fortin Natas pedal gives the option as well
