Just figured I'd throw the Krank into the mix too. The Tube Screamer pedal adds some nastiness to any of my amps that I put it in front of. Thanks again for the suggestion guys

Here's a video with my presonus that I just picked up. I ran the Krankenstein through my Uberkab because the mics were already setup ther and I was lazy lol

Uberschall + Krankenstein at the same time

Here's the Krankenstein through my Marshall MF400B cabinet with TS7 in front of it. Excellent combo IMO

Dude! This sounds BRUTAL! Love it!

Thank you I appreciate that, I find the Krankenstein is a highly under rated amp. As you can see it sits right next to my Uberschall and it keeps up no problem. Most people that think it sucks have likely never played one, or never played one with its matching cabinet. The Krankenstein doesn't sound good through Celestion speakers at all. Today Im heading to guitar center to get a better interface so I can record two tracks at once and blend some amps.

Just added a video of my Krankenstein through the Uberkab. Definitely a different sound. I think I'm going to do an Uberschall + Krankenstein blend video now

Can definitely see why Dimebag liked these Krank amps. He was using a modified Revolution head before he died, and I don't think he ever got the chance to play his sig amp, the Krankenstein?? Too bad, it would have been interesting to see how his studio Krank tone would have compared to his old Randall tone.

Clips sounded excellent. Not enough boost demos done right.

On a related note, the Krankshaft OD is a modded TS. Think TS808X before it ever existed. If you can pick one up, they're worth it. They sell for peanuts.

That was through a fone cam right?

Still sounded nasty. It's got that certain growl that I like.

If that's the case that sucks even more for Dime. I love my Krankenstein.

I used my iPad with a presonus interface, Shure sm57, & Akg d9000 when using a second mic. It's a really basic setup, but many times better than using just my iPad mic or my phone mic. The Krankenstein growl in person is intense. With channel volume & master at only 3 it's absolutely deafening, knocking pictures off walls, will even set off motion sensor alarms for house alarms(ask me how I know lol), nothing stays put on shelves counter tops etc. Then split the signal and blend it with another amp, it feels like Armageddon has arrived. When recording I wear ear plugs then my shooting hearing protection on top of that.

Thank you I appreciate that. I haven't had much experience recording or with od pedals in front of amps, so the sound quality should get better as I learn more. I'll keep my eyes open for one of those to check it out. I definitely like my ts7 a lot and plan to try several more pedal od's to put in front of my amps.

Just added a video playing the Krank through my Marshall MF400 cab, sounds excellent
