Anybody here send their Rectum Frier to KSR for their mod?
I ordered mine after watching fluffs video. Granted it sounded excellent in his video.I was told by some who had both Kyle and FJA modded rectos that Kyle's was better.
I had an FJA retro and loved it.
Now I want one for Kyle to do. I honestly figured he was too busy with KSR to do mods.
If my triple doesn't move soon, I may just do those mods.On the Boogie Board there's a Rev C Mod thread. There are 7 things to change on a Rev G to bring you almost dead nuts to a Rev C. I did 7 of them; changed 3 pots, jumped 3 resistors and bypassed 1 LDR. Absolutely killer. And, the clean is still workable.
Not to take anything away from Kyle's mod...but these simple things I did takes less than 2 hours. And, I'm no tech.

Yeah I’m kind of with you on this one. Buddy of mine talked me into this and between the wait and Fluffy’s clips I’m convinced myself this Mod isn’t going to touch my Rev F Ractifier!i never like any recto mods i hearnot that they sound bad, they just kind of de-recto the rectifier to the point id just buy a different amp

I do not...Honestly, I have an F Triple and it's killer stock, but when I did these few things it improved clarity, but really turned the Red Modern into a much more 'raw' tone than the stock version. I don't know if it would translate on a clip...all I have is an iPhone.Bro that’s a cool link. Do you have any sound clips of your modded Recto.
