What separates it from the existing G3/LS100 type models? This has a plexi channel, but the others already had a plexi (or maybe JCM800) sound?

This amp is based on a Plexi instead of a JCM800 and is lower gain . I know the lower gain will not be as popular on RT , but I emailed Bill and he said it would do most 80'/Hair metal and a boost would put it over the top .

Guy has one of the best ears for tone I have ever heard. Also back in the day, he would outplay most people. He is getting old now so maybe not, havent seen him in probably 10 years. When he was bringing his amps to our ampfests, they spanked all the other amps asses.
