Laney GH50L --> 2x12 cab?

I have Laney GH50L with 1x12 VHT special (Greenback spk). I play 100% at bedroom levels and I understand GB suits for that use very well (and it sounds really good!). High gain tones mostly. However I have thought of getting a bigger 2x12 to match the head's width and maybe just for a change too.

Some candidates I have thought of (all 2x12):

- Mesa (V30)
- Orange (V30)
- Marshall 1936 (GT75 or GB)
- Laney Lionheart (Anni 70th)
- Laney GS series (V30 or GB?)

Anyone has experience pairing GH with those ones? Other suggestions are welcome too.
 
Get a second 1x12. I used (2) Mesa Thiele MC90 1x12 cabs for a couple years, and it more than did the job. It sounded better than most 2x12's I've owned, (including Mesa's own 2x12). Just set them up side by side.

Cheaper, and sensible.
 
Thought about this too, sensible indeed. Those similar VHT cabs are just harder to find..
 
I’d get one of those Harley Benton 2x12’s with the V30’s.
 
Thanks everyone, got meself an older 4x12 Laney GS (from the 90’s I guess). You can get these ones really cheap, actually paid only for the elements (GBs). Awesome cab though!
