Mike told me his first in 15 years, and last he'll ever build. I am so in love with it. Hoping to get it next week. Got to get Mike and Bill to sign it before it ships out. They are burning it in now.

So what, did you just call up Mike Soldano and ask him to build you a rack mountable SLO?

to any regards, that is by far the sexiest and most well built amplifier i have EVER seen. DAMN mike is good :rock: :rock:
 
No incriminating pics. :D Mike and Bill are just great guys. I was originally told no, because there were no parts available. Mike found some and agreed to make it. I have 3 rackmounts, an X99, a Surf and Space box and a SM100r. I think Mike liked my fanaticism. :lol: :LOL: He had the parts, I asked, he agreed. If he didn't find those parts I wouldn't have it.

And I did just ask Ric for the Wizard rack. He said sure. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to ask. I had about 3 other things that I was told were being built, that just this week fell through. So, it doesn't always work out.

It's funny I met Rick at the water store the other day and he was telling me about a rack mount he was or did build for someone...must've been you :)

My business is in the same town as Rick's. Cornwall, Ontario, Canada

In all seriousness, I think it very cool that Mike (or any manufacture) can take someone's idea and make it a reality.
