here is my new Modern!!
-basswood/maple top, maple neck pau ferro fretboard, ssh+ bridge(amazing pickup!!) ssv neck, pickups can be split and sound very strat like, locking tuners and a Floyd, with a beautiful Bengal burst top!! I am fired up!!

I think I would have endured the neon colors in order to keep playing it, but I know what you mean, I have had guitars that I have tired of looking at.
