I have used jazz Iiis and red bear big jazzers ...which ones do u guys use?

Probably crazy, but I think celluloid picks sound best. Warmer or something. But I can actually shred with those tiny Jazz III picks.

Ultex Jazz III (the yellow ones) for electric. Ultex Sharp 1.0's for acoustic. I'll occasionally play around with other picks (mostly jazz styles - Blue Chip, Pickboy, Dunlop Petrucci), but the Ultex Jazz III are the best I've found (and I'm a complete pick whore!).

Dunlop Ultex Sharp, I use the 1.0 and 1.14, I think they are great picks. If you have not tried them, give them a shot and see what you think. Before these I used the Tortex, close to 2's, I think like 1.8 or around there. I really, really like the Ultex Sharps they are by far my favorite ever.

A friend of mine swears by the Pickboy's, they make a bunch of different picks and I don't know which he uses, but he has given me some to try and they were pretty cool but the Ultex Sharps were better for me.

Petrucci Jazz IIIs. They never wear out. I used Stubbies for a couple of years, but grew tired of the chirpy tone.

Eric Johnson Jazz III

I have a packet of the Petrucci Jazz III's and really haven't used them yet.

Max grip jazz 3

All three types

Red nylon
Black
And black carbon

Dunlop Ultex Triangles, .73s & .88s, been using those for years, cant switch back.

I don't know how anyone uses Jazz IIIs, they are so damn tiny! Like a giant playing a mandolin.
Right now I'm on Dunlop Ultex 1.0 and 1.14, but it bugs me that they leave gold ultex dust all over the pickup area.

I used jazz III picks for years, then stubby purple dunlops but then I found a pick that changed my whole outlook on guitar and that is the V Pick psycho shredder pick. That pick has drastically improved my playing.

Tried the little Jazz III picks. Liked them for a short while but found them pretty poor for rhythm playing.
The dunlop Tortex picks seem to be the most dependable for me.

I love the feel (or lack of it) of the Red Bear picks on the strings but they seem to produce an ice picky sound on the high e where my Black JazzIII XLs don't.
I'm wondering how the Blue chip picks feel/sound compared to the Red Bear.

The red bear big jazzer is the best pick (out of the box) i have ever used, but once the tip starts to wear they are to slippery. I have tried most of the jazz shape picks and allways comeback to the jazz lll xl black . If they did the regular jazz lll the same size and tone as the petrucci's that would be perfect for me.
