Line 6 M13...does it change amp channels?

Hi guys/gals. Just curious about this unit's features.

Will it change my tube amps' channels like a G-major or G-system? Thanks, jordan

dont think so... but if you pair it up with fcb1010, the fcb1010 will change your amp channels and control the m13.

Is the fcb1010 a midi pedal? I'm pretty old-school with my effects, but would like to get an "all in one" solution to change amp channels and effects simultaneously.
What are some other good options?

so what about the Axe-Fx that everyone raves about? Is that like a POD, only better with all the amp models and such, or can it be used as an effects unit alone with channel switching of amps? Thanks. I know I'm beating this one into the ground.

I don't think the Axe-FX has relays for switching.

What do you not like about the G-Major?

I have the G Major and Ground Control Pro and it's a very flexible setup. Used to have the Line 6 Mod and Filter Pro's...kinda wish I hadn't sold those...just made things even more flexible.

yup, the fcb1010 is a midi pedal that offers relay siwtching for changing channels on your amp.

I do like the G-Major. I've never owned one, but I've heard many complaints of reliability issues. I'm just checking out what other people think is the best setup. Thanks for all your help!

Ya know, our other guitarist has reliability issues with his, I've never had any in the 3 years that I've owned mine.
