I know its a slightly different beast, but I liked my xtLive. I thought it was a really nice recording tool. As I hear the X3 has the 2 amps at once feature similar to the Vetta, which is a really cool and useful feature IMO.
Speaking of the x3, the new gearbox software was released today, which is compatible with the x3. You can now do patch editing for the x3 family on your PC...related drivers and firmware also updated.
I've been using the UX2 for recording for sometime now and really dig it for recording. Always thought, this Fender-y preset sounds kinda thin... if I could mix it with this Marshal one... Hmm...
So hopefully it will work out... Anybody know if I can rig it directly into Cubase like the UX2? I'd like to use the UX2 for just my keyboard and some mics...
