Not sure if the tree was there before the house was built (‘73) or planted, but I do hate seeing Trees get taken out that may have such history to them. But a whole lot was cleared out to build the houses in the first place.
Old big trees give you this feeling of longevity and stability. That life goes on, even after disastrous shit has gone down.
