Load Box help: For slaving amps: Morgan & Mini rectifier...

Am I right in the connection? Is the Hotplate the best answer?

Wiring:

Morgan MV45 to THD HP #1 (to Load) to VHT Channel A to Cab #1
Mini Rectifier To THD HP #2 (to Load) To VHT Channel B To Cab #2

I am doing this to run both amps fairly HOT and use the VHT to control the room volume... since 90% of the time they will be mic'd up anyways I want the amps to give up the goods power tube wise....

I may insert a reverb and delay on the Mini side either in the loop or between the HP and VHT....

The other option is run the TC hall of Fame and split the signal to the heads...in front...

The Hotplates are easy to find and not too expensive but your amp won't sound so great when using them as a straight up load. You should look for something reactive. Maybe a Weber Load Dump or a Rivera RockCrusher. Some amps seem to sound good with a resistive load but in my experience that is the exception and not the rule.

Will do when it is complete

That would be a great setup for incorporating fx after the amps, but unless you need to do hat, you could just run the HP outputs to the cabs and eliminate the power amp altogether.
