Chris posted some things some people didnt like and he was told to go find another forum if he didnt like it. So he asked to be removed and so he was along with all his posts.

It's Brads forum to run as he wishes and I guess you can either like it or leave.

I didnt say I had problem with that at all. Chris wasnt banned..... he asked to be deactivated and doesnt seem to be bitter about it.

In all fairness, I think you should mention that he personally attacked certain forum members/mods for no reason. That was totally tasteless and uncalled for IMO

If he wasnt bitter, why ask to be deactivated? Sorry Todd, I know that youre friends with Chris but the tone of his posts didnt exactly come off as a guy who was Ok with everything. Whatever, it isnt a big deal and this place will go on just fine like it would without any one of us... I have yet to see a forum where any one member is bigger than the sum of its parts..

You are missing the point. I agree that it is normal but Thump had a different opinion in the past and tried to ask people to be a bit more mature. I'm thinking that he should lead by example... so Excuse me if I call him a hypocrite.

I agree he did get a little lippy(ok alot lippy). Tasteless indeed but I have seen threads go a hell of alot further with alot worse bashing goin on.

Look guys, I think I am a pretty easy going guy or at least I sure try to be. Chris was not banned, he asked to be deactivated and I obliged. He is welcome back in the future if he wants to join us. I am the first to admit I am not the smartest guy around or the best guitar player or any of that.

This is not my main gig and I am not on the site all the time. I come here to have fun and enjoy talking gear with all of you guys and I have made some really good friends along the way.

I just ask that I get the same respect back.
