So some of you guys may know I’m not much of a pedal guy other than an overdrive pedal to boost or fuzz and noisegate here and there, but I want now a looper to use as tool for trying out different musical ideas. I’d like one that’s not too hard to use (low learning curve) and doesn’t ruin the core tone of my amp too much, but still flexible with features. I have in the meantime just my tc flashback (I don’t use its delay lol), but it’s way too limited as a looper. I’m a newb to loopers (never owned one) and really don’t at all know what’s out there, so please go easy on me lol

I have a Digitech Trio+. I don’t use it much though. The first one I’d suggest looking at is the Keeley Eccos. It’s a delay and looper. When they were released, Robert was at a local store and demoed it and it sounded damn good.

Cool thanks, will look into those. Not needing a delay, but if the looper itself is solid then that’s good

I have a Trio Plus I will part with. Let me know if u are interested.

Yeah, the Trio+ is nice because you can use it as a looper, or have it create drum and bass parts for you. You just need to remember how to use the 2 buttons for the various programming functions.
