Well I decided to just go ahead and make some clips tonight. I am impressed with how they turned out for being so low volume. Like really low volume, close to whispering levels   Can't wait to crank it up and do some clips! Pretty much just threw an SM57 in front of the cab and went with it. All single tracks, and no post processing

Modern Metal

Doomy type sound

And some Rocky super simple power chord stuff

Sorry they are all so short, when I crank it I will try to do longer ones

 Man, your gonna have to bring that little bastard down. Seems the mods were worth it.

Hell yeah man, on both counts. This thing is a killer little amp.

Anyone else listen?

Man I thought those clips sounded good. I got to check on those amps out.

That last clip was great! I'm a Prog. Metal guy, and I think that after that, I could really find a signature sound in there for me. Good stuff man! And at bedroom volume too..wow. Just what I need for the house/apartment. I can't wait to hear it opened up!

Glad to hear it was just the crappy video quality that was making it sound bad to you! For the total amount of money I have invested in this amp, it is really great for the price

Oh I thought it was. Like I said before, it wasn't bad tone at all, just wasn't for me. But that last clip here is awesome

Bumpage.

Did you ever get the time to record some clips with it at higher volume? I'm dying to hear it

Man, that sounded really solid! Nice tight low end and thick saturated distortion.

nice  one simple friedman amp mod plus a saturation switch gets u all those tones!

Thanks, this amp takes to that fuzz very well  (it gets along quite nicely with the OCD as well)

That re-recording of the old clip you did sounds FANTASTIC. Wow. I immediately called a buddy of mine, woke him up, and made him listen to it   A bit of tweaking, and its the sound I'd kill to have at home.

If only it was more versatile. I need a clean sound at least.

I think you'd really like how this amp sounds in person, because I find my clips to be pretty meager in comparison!

Yeah, after having the mod done, this amp really doesn't clean up at all without turning the gain on the amp WAY down, and the volume knob on the guitar WAY down, just isn't really meant for a clean sound
