Magnet shift on speaker..

I got a rola from a '73 Marshall cab that has magnet shift...ie the gap is locked and voice coil is siezed. Is it trash or can something be done?

PM Jim at Scumback, I'm thinking its toast if it's seized but he would know for sure.
