What would guys recommend and why? I'm thorn between the two fo them.

Cant speak for the Rocket Fuel, but the Suhr Koko is the last word as far as I'm concerned.
I have a Modded Marshall Super Lead Plexi and a Roccaforte Jenelle.
If you want over the top controlable boost, this does it.

Listen to Mark Day smacking his PT100 with it.
Raynman brought his PT100 over to my place
and the Koko boost just makes you grin from ear to ear.

It will also clean up with your guitar volume.

I had a Rocket Fuel and sold it when I bought the Rock Box. Now, I want the Rocket Fuel back. So, I ordered another one. I like the separate boost / OD controls on the RF which gives me a little better control over what I am trying to do. The EQ shift is a good bonus as well. The pedal is very quiet with no hiss, even at higher boosted/overdriven levels.

I've had both. For straight boosting, I like the Koko Boost better. If you want to cut a little low end in the traditional OD sense, Rocket Fuel is the way to go. They are both great. For my needs, the Koko is what works best.

Haha... Steve sorry I stole your Rocket Fuel! It is a really good sounding pedal and truly built by hand when you look on the insides it's really old school! Honestly it's probably the best O/D pedal I've ever tried, unfortunately the amp I pair it with just sags to the fuck much to really get a super fast high gain sound out of it, but once my DAR comes back from Cali I'm sure it'll be awesome on the clean and crunch channels.

The voicing options are ill, truthfully give you tons of different things you can do. The pedal has a shit ton of juice as well and it sounds very organic with great controls. Plus you've got a clean boost along side the overdrive side of the pedal. Also it does well with another drive in front of it, does some cool stuff I've been throwing my timmy on just a little in the front.

None of the above. Checkout a Barber Burn Unit. Totally under the radar pedal that smokes. Made me sell my Xotic BB+.

Did the same with the EP Booster that I gave away! Sometimes you just don't know how much you like something till it's gone. Thanks for validating the Rocket Fuel. 6 week wait still.

EDIT: checked out some clips of the Suhr Koko Boost.....well, had to have one. Got one.

I picked up a Koko at a local shop for the heck of it. I don't think the boost side of it really has that much boost. I like it with the boost turned all the way then with the mid side turned on, and the switch to the right. But that's the only way i like it which seems really limited for a pedal that cost $250.
