This program is kind of cool (for PC only it appears) you can really see the difference in tone stacks for each amp model and how the EQ controls roughly work on each amp.

I can usually hop on a Marshall, Fender or Vox amp and dial it in to make it work for a gig.
This program is pretty interesting, because it shows with a graph the basic EQ movements for each amp.
I started with the Marshall on top (everything set to 5) then dialed in a Fender to have close to the same EQ curve (mid at 10), then the bottom of the graph is the Vox dialed in kind of marshally.

Pretty cool to see it instead of listening.

I have enough issues making whatever I am playing through sound good, no time for this stuff

With all EQ controls at middle, Fender and Vox are quite similar. But the Fender's mids dip around 500 Hz while the Vox dips around 800 Hz. Which makes the Fender more cutting with more high mids and the Vox warmer with more low mids...both great for cleans, just a different color.
Makes sense why a pedal boosting the high mids and highs will work better with a Vox, as it already has a lot of lows and low mids.
