I need to listen on something other than an iPad but sounds good.

I like it. I think it would have more impact single tracked with a stereo delay.

Thanks Bob! It's no "Peanut Butter and Crackers" but I try. :)

Great idea! I need to do that next time. Thanks for checking it out!

That's it. It's all over. I know I'm not the most knowledgable dude with regards to amps in the world, but if you hadn't told me it was an Axe I wouldn't have been able to tell.

Dug it dude...great job. Hard to program that?

Thanks man!

Not hard at all to program. I'm in my 40s and grew up playing "plug and play" amps. I never used rack gear or had MIDI connections, etc. The Axe-FXII is one of those units that looks scary but isn't. It is like having a LEGO set. You can stack two blocks and be done or you can put together an entire town. :)

Some of the Axe-FX folks mess with a ton of settings and some just play the presets. I actually use a patch that Mark Day (of Rig-Talk fame) created for Fractal. I just changed the amp type and tweaked the delay and reverb a bit.

I got my unit a year ago and with each firmware update, the Fractal guys have made it easier to get a great tone without even touching a single setting.
