Riding long distance on buses drives me crazy too...but not quite that crazy :scared:

thats the problem these days, 37 people on the bus, and they all ran off the bus, instead of kicking that guys ass

yea he surely couldn't have killed all of em

Only the first couple, so whoooo`s first...?

hahahahahaha Hey police officers and soldiers put their lives on the line everyday for us. Why can't we try and be heroic(spelling) every now and again, but then again police officers and soldiers also sign up to do that kind of thing.

And more important, they are trained and equipped for it. I`m partially trained (I was in the military, and can use handguns), but not equipped.. I mean, who`s packing when going on a Greyhound trip?

Doesn't anyone carry mace or a taser in canada?  I would think at least one out of 37 should have it

Man that is freaky as fuck...

I often sleep on a long distance coach ride, and to think that shit could happen to a sleeping passenger who was no threat, is just sickening and completely terrifying

Sounds like by the time anybody would have been able to do anything, the dude was already dead. So at that point, getting everybody off the bus and locking him inside was a pretty good way to handle it.

I mean, don't get me wrong, if I was on that bus I would have single-handedly ninja'ed the guy into submission while steering the bus to it's final destination with my free hand...but that's just me...

Quote of the day: "It's not something that happens regularly on a bus," said Colwell (aka Mr. Obvious).

I agree. Most people are pussies, looking out for themselves. Times have changed, you've gotta act.

When I read this yesterday I surely thought there would be a link sending you to one of those fake news sites. I cannot believe that this was real.

:aww: Why so the subject of the thread could read MEN decapitated on greyhound. The victim was asleep the suspect started the attack by stabbing the neck, he was probably dead by the time anyone noticed what had happened. The first thing anyone should do is get their family to safety and then figure out what to do. If one of the passengers were armed I could see doing something about it, or if the victim was still struggling and had a chance to be saved then yes step up and act. No one else was hurt, they contained the killer, and even went back to make sure the victim could not be saved. Honestly you can't ask more from a bus full of strangers. Each one of them were able to go home to their families and at the same time were able to keep the killer from harming anyone else.

What the hell is the point of kicking the guys ass other than to assuage your ego and make yourself look more manly? There really is no reason to do so, the best way to protect yourself is to get the hell off. The guy was dead already by the time you could react and there is really no reason to put another person into harms way, the dude was crazy and the best thing to do is get off the bus.
