Marco Sfogli!

I've been listening to his cd lately and really dig it. This has some audio samples http://cdbaby.com/cd/marcosfogli He has a touch of Vinnie Moore in him, but he seems to have his own personality.

Anyone else listen to him?
 
yeah, I like Marco. I 1st heard him on that James LaBrie CD. I liked James' solo cd better than any Dream Theatre stuff I'd heard, and that guy was rippin' on there!

Yea - that Guitardo guy. :lol: :LOL: I haven't seen this one yet so I'll have to check it out when I get home (no audio at work :( )

I liked him w/LaBrie too, but this disc is better guitar-wise. :thumbsup:
 
I love that disc. I did a review of it a couple months ago. Marco has some smooth ass chops. I actually like his style more than petrucci.

Marco is one of my very favourite players at the moment. I reckon he's got a fair helping of Timmons in his phrasing. Andromeda is an incredible track.
 
Yep, Marco is killer! He's got alot of influences in his playing. Petrucci, Timmons, etc...
