I dub this pool season the year of the Margarita. I have a Jimmy Buffet margarita machine - quite possibly, his biggest hit - and need a margarita mix recipe. Ideally, something I can make in bulk and refrigerate and/or freeze for future use. The Applebee’s “perfect margaritas” are pretty damn good. Would love to have a mix that mimics that. What is your favorite recipe?
