I will give that clip a listen when I get home. A few things I noticed about your settings. You really like your amp loud, which is cool. At 3 my mark IV blows my doors off. Also, I used to run my presence up high like you have it when I had JJ 6L6's, not I have to run it 3 or blow or the treble gets harsh. I notice you have the bass on all channels really low, which is a common thing to do, but does the amp have enough bass if you turn off the graphic EQ? My mark IV recently has just been sounding too bright to me, and lacked bass....

Thanks guys! I loved and miss this amp. I'm sure the Mark V will fit the bill. I always ran the master and channel high and controlled the overall volume with the level knob on my Rocktron Xpression. The Mark IV combined with my Bogner oversized 2x12 had plenty of bass response. It has plenty without the EQ (I always had it on). My tone has always been a bit on the dark side to my ears.
