Marshall 1960BHW how are they?

Who's had one of the Marshall hand wired cabinets? Any pros/cons? How do the sound compared to the other Marshall 4x12's?
 
I have had a bunch of them, sound great, real warm. The best cab Marshall makes IMO.
 
I have the AHW slant cab, great cab IMO. Love the H30 speakers in these. It has taken the spot as my #1 cab now, pretty much sounds great with all my heads. Hard to find now though, I think I paid $900 shipped for mine.
 
Great cabs.
The Celestion Heritage G12H30's are great speakers.
They can be a bit bright, but have excellent clarity.
 
I have one and was inspired to try one after reading Brad's post about them a long time ago. I love mine. I play hardcore punk through mine with a Marshall Jubilee 2555SL.
 
I'd probably rip the speakers out and put my Scumbacks in there. I'm more concerned with the cabinet's tone and build quality.
 
I have one from Brad and it has always been my go to cab.
 
Just an FYI i paid 700 for mine used and it was in mint condition.

Great price! I got killed because I didn't find one locally and shipping blows. UPS managed to bang up my cab too lol :doh:

I've already got a front loaded Bogner. They seem a little darker than the Marshalls.

With Cameron's fav speakers as well, hope this audio helps some.

With 16 Ohm speakers?

With 8 Ohm speakers, the Bogners are definitely darker. With the 16 Ohm speakers, it's closer... but the Bogner is just maybe a hair darker to me, not a huge difference to my ears.
