Marshall DSL or SL-X

In. I'd go for the SL-X personally beacuse I think if you're going high gain marshall sound it will fulfill your needs better than a DSL, plus I'm sure the resale value will be better.

in all honesty, I thought the SL-X was a cool amp, but I prefered the DSL with a boost.

resale should be roughly the same...... I think.

DSL without a doubt. I've owned one of both and the SL-X sounded like shit IMO. The DSL with a boost is one of my favorite amps.

I dont the last few SLXs I 've seen for sale went for around $600, hell one sold for $450 a friend of mine bought it.
