Nice. Had to google Mercurrial E530... so thats pure software modeling? That wasn't bad at all. So what do you prefer so far out of the different tech you tried so far?

For me I still like the Suhr RL with IRs, I recently got a used Logidy EPSI pedal and was able to load IR's that way then plug into my daw. Its subtle but I can just hear and feel the difference of no latency (hardware ir loader) vs software loader, especially when layering a few guitar tracks. But the EPSI can't load two IRs at once (like the 2notes cab & live) which is a bummer. I'm curious on how an Suhr ACE pedal or that Neunaber Iconoclast speaker sim pedal would work with a Suhr RL for metal/thrash tones...

Yeah just a free plugin using the stock cab. I plan to buy the "real" version of the plugin this weekend. A tube amp into my Suhr Reactive Load is my preferred way to go, but I'm really liking the Mercurrial E530. I do a lot of my playing/recording when I'm at work and it's super easy to do that with plugins.

The hardware ir loaders you mentioned sound interesting as well. Thanks for the comments!
