Hey all!

Just acquired a lovely Mesa Boogie Fifty/Fifty power amp with a blue light, serial number is in the F-F1400's. I've been trying to research and know that they made the Deep Mod standard on later models, but not sure if mine is or not. I know there are screws/bolts on side of the chassis near the inputs, but I didn't know if that was a Mesa thing or just individuals doing the mod themselves.

Any and all info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Never heard of a factory deep mod or switch for the 50/50. They did have it on the 2:90 when it came out in the 90’s.

Find the wire coming from the negative feedback to the output jack and put a .001 .002, .003 or .004 cap in series. I personally think you should use a 1 meg pot as well.
