It's now official he's with Mesa Boogie and as you can see from the link (about half way down) Mesa's getting back into the MIDI game!! I'm a huge fan of the Axess Electronics stuff (still use a couple of GRX4's, a BS2 and a FX1) so having Mesa Boogie help bring Mario's products/designs to the masses is very exciting. I'm sure we're bound to see some of these new products in Mr.Petrucci's rig soon as he seems like the obvious candidate to test and promote them.

Nice! perfect opportunity to incorporate midi into the amps themselves! Mesa amps are the perfect platform for midi channel and function switching. Here's hoping they'll explore this option and not just stay limited to stand-alone midi devices.
 
Awesome. Love Mario's products. Still have a bunch of Axess gear. Looking foward to seeing the fruits of this partnership.
