I bought this Mesa Rect-o-verb new, but I am now 61 years old and downsizing my collection to prepare for retirement so it’s time to let this beautiful amp go to a new home. It's a highly original "time capsule" example in near mint condition, except for one tiny mark on the leather (see picture of top of amp, near handle + scratches on food switch). Never gigged, never abused, always kept in an air conditioned (pet free, smoke free) home.

This amp gets played less than 1 hour/month and has never been outside of my pet-free, smoke-free home and still retains its 100% originality:

• Original Mesa Boogie tubes
• Original Black Widow Celestion speaker
• Original knobs, cords, cables and rubber feet
• Factory hang tag still in place from new

Everything works as it should: Knobs/switches, both channels, reverb and foot switch (just cleaned/inspected by Strait Music in Austin, Texas). The FX loop has never been used.

This amp has been very versatile and features two channels (clean, gain), master volume, solo boost, adjustable reverb, adjustable FX loop, and voicing switches for each channel. The clean channel can be set to Vintage or Pushed, and the gain channel can be set to Classic or Modern to cover a wide range of voices. It sounds amazing at low volume and only gets better when turned up like the bigger Dual Rectifier Solo head (which I owned before downsizing to this combo amp).
