Mesa/Celestion Black Shadow MC90 = 90 watt Classic Lead 80?

I find the results really vary by amp. Some amps sound pretty boring and sterile through them... others sound great with great midrange texture.
 
I just found a pair of British CL80's on Ebay and they should be here soon. I am very interested in how they would sound paired with the G12H30 70th Anny's.

Would you happen to remember which cone version these were ? One of them is tonally much closer to the mc90 - cl80 than the other.
