can anyone share any experience / details ....

I would really like to have a lower gain Fender type amp ..... I feel like if I get an older Fender I'm just going to have to sink time and money into it .... don't feel like doing either .. plus I wouldn't have a FX Loop which is critical to my setup

and I've caught a couple of vids where the Fillmore 50 sounds amazing ....

I love mesa. Their shit is killer. Even their mistakes.

I had the Cali Tweed combo. The 40 watt version.
Probably the best clean tone known to man.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the gain or the attenuation.
Loud as hell. At 2 watts, didn't sound good.
I played mainly at the 20 watt setting.
Great fx loop.

Speaker was fairly dark. Warm.
I tend to dial in an amp brighter...

Sold the Cali Tweed and moved into Friedman.
I had tried a custom color Filmore before the Cali.
Honestly, thinking back I probably would have been happier with the Filmore.
Less clean and a little more rude than the Cali IMO.

ohhhh you've got a anolgman Delay ..... I've almost pulled the trigger on one of those so many times ..... I've got so many BBD Delays ..... love them !

Sold it a while back.
IMO it sounds just like the DM-2W.

Sold the DM-2W for the Analogman.
Sold the Analogman to repurchase the DM-2W.
More pedal board friendly.

Love the combo of DD-3T and DM-2W.
I dont feel like I made a mistake, lol.

I realize it’s not the same, but lately loving my Memory Lane Jr…

yeah same here ....... other than the tap tempo ..... I set it ... and usually forget it ....
