I had the same reaction as everyone else about the 7. I wouldn't have posted about the 7 if I didn't hear it from a reliable source. It was not Randall. But Randy did tell me six years ago it would be about five years till the Mark V was replaced.

I have lots of experience with mark VII's and especially mark IX's. Bean bag rounds will knock your dick in the dirt....foam baton rounds can kill you...good times....

I want a Mark VI. Actually, I want three of them. Three half stacks lined up on stage with their matching cabs. Maybe even put a big "6" on each cab to let everyone know what amps they are. That would be metal.

Will it sounds as bland and mediocre as the 2C++++++LGBTQ1&$283636 model? When can I send it to retired mike B for “upgrades”? Will the mark 6 and mark 7 actually be used on its own for meaningful records?

It has three different silent recording outs as well as 2 1/2 bedroom level modes. So it shouldn`t be a big problem.
Trough thorough engineering Mesa was able to cut the weight down to 5lbs and it`s actually powered by an hamster wheel inside the amp. So you can play it whenever and wherever you want.
