Mesa metal grill halfback cab 212 and 412 owners, inside ple

Have you guys ever run any amps through these cabs other than the typical mesa mark II's, III's and IV's?

Also I am curious if anyone has tried speakers other than the EV's or MC90's that come stock.

I have the 412 with 2 EV's and 2 MC90's, but I was thinking of getting a 212 version at some point, but I would hope they would work well for other amps besides just my mark IV....

I have an all MC90 cab and the JVM sounds great through it.

I have found the CL80's to be pretty good with a good variety of amps and the MC90's are pretty similar.

Its good to hear that the JVM works with the cab. I will have to give my marshall silver jubilee a try with it, along with a couple of my fenders. I haven't gotten around to that yet.
