Mesa MKIV rig almost complete

Just mounted it in the rack kit. waiting for my shock case to come in..going to order knobs and replace the push/pull gain knob on the lead channel...

I got the mount kit on ebay for $50 to my door a little sandblasting and new paint looks goos as new

was going to buy a rack drawer for my decimator but decided against it. going to Velcro it to the top of mount kit instead or buy a sliding shelf

not 100% sure yet..I have been running the amp thru my 412 vader and have no complaints. I picked up a Mesa Recto cab last week(V30) but also have a quad of K100's kicking around... I intended running the mesa cab loaded with v30's and K100's
x patterned with my Nitro but gonna see how it works out with the MKIV...

I think it sounds great with them .... they tend to have less midrange than most guitar speakers. They are actually very balanced. Most guitar speakers are midrange heavy .... The Mesa Mark's are midrange heavy so it kind of balances.

I had a bear of a time selling my rackmount kit when I switched my 50 Cal+ over to a headshell. I think I got about $50 as well. How did you end up mounting the reverb tank?

Will you be running the speakers at 8 ohms or 16 ohms?

I've been running my C90s and EV 12S speakers at 16 ohms, but starting to think they'd be better to be run at 8 ohms.

The cab I have is a 2x12 of K85 @ 8ohms. The K85 was renamed the K100 years ago. It is the same speaker.

I also have a pair of EVL here .... I feel they have the best clean with the amp and really like the lead sounds. But for rhythm stuff I prefer the Celestion's.

I have 2-4x12's I tend to like best with all m y amps. I tend to use both total load 8 ohms....
greenback top / V30 bottom & H30 top / V30 bottom....

Im waiting on the GT Mastermind pedal,,,, and this week I should have my Custom Dunlop 2SR rack wah which finishes out my 6 space rack to run with my Mk III or V

I removed it. I just have the fan back there. I could have fit it in of i set the fan up differently but considering I don't use it I didn't bother
