Mesa Triple Rectifier stuck in Mute

I have a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier that is stuck in mute on all channels. Occasionally after I remove the preamp tubes and put them back in it powers up at full volume. I replaced all of the JFET's in the mute circuit but I still have the same problem. Does anyone have any suggestion or ideas on what I need to check/change next?

Make sure your footswitch is plugged in before you turn it on. I've heard some other people have this problem.

Mesa's support is pretty good. I'd just give them a call and/or email and see if they have a good guess and take it from there.
