I just wanted to share this with you... I've found this small video about the James' guitar soundchek previous to the last saturday show, here in Spain. I was there, and guys, it's pretty accurate to what I felt in person, it was just STUNNING.

(crank a bit your speakers...)

After 3 years owning a VH4, all I can say is that this machine is unbeatable, forever

(well, I must admit that the Hagen is quite near to it.. :D )

VH4 definitely great; Herbert - the Diezel Emperor and King!

+1.....sorry but vh4 doesnt sound like this..., its a mix of the triaxis+vh4...for sure, and too fizzy and trebble for me. if you want to hear the diezels alone, go to the tuning room videos...

Oh there is definitely stuff layered in there...But I hear a bunch of Diezel VH4 Channel 3 in that tone. Sounds a lot like mine when it's cranked up with the gain around 1 O'clock, and a plenty of presence. Just my opinion.

+1, the VH4 is clearly there imho, and the fizzy sound.. well, it's youtube.. :scared:

but well, that's just an opinion! in person I loved how it sounded!

Difficult to truly judge from that video. It was so loud-overloading the mic and whatnot..

This is what I remember the VH4 sounding like:

Never got to play it through a Diezel cab, but it sounded great with an OS Bogner 212 and Mills. I love these amps!!
