I've ripped on the old dogs of rock before. But the truth is that I have a huge amount of respect for the 70's rockers. They're the ones who paved the way.

Now you have some punk with a dual rectifier, sitting behind his computer thinking he has great tone. Back in the old days, you had to exterminate everything in a 100 foot radius with overdrive to get your tone.

Did you happen to notice what type of mics were on the cabs? They don't all look like 57's. I also like the way he has the cabs mic'd up on the main stage old school style rather than one or two speakers mic'd backstage in an iso cab....
