Hi there, as I've told before in a topic, I had a custom A/B box which has 2 inputs and 1 output. I've been using it for some years to switch between two guitars.
Now that I'm using a MIDI rig, I've paid someone to add a footswitch Jack to use it for Control Function.
When I connect a common footswitch to that jack with a mono-mono cable it switch perfectly between the two guitars
Now when I connect it to to my CAE 4x4 control function it doesn't change selecting/unselecting it with my foot controller. I've used a mono-mono cable, trs-trs, trs-mono, ring to tip (trs connector with no tip, ring to tip mono connector and sleeve shared). None of that combinations gave me any good result.
I've also tried with an axess cfx4 and same result.
I've read the CAE manual but to be honest I don't understand what it says in p.3
If anyone around can give me a hand I'll be really thank you.
