Big fan of electronic sounds in music and I've been using a Fishman Triple Play for the purpose. But the latency and the glitching made it sub-par for anything fast. Otherwise I always wanted my band to have symphonic elements.

Anyhow, blah blah. This is a Misa Digital Quadwave

If you think about how Trent Reznor would approach the vocals in the first set of riffs, i think you'll find it's a really promising instrument. It feels quite plasticky, and it's hard to fret stuff. But the latency is almost non-existent and it doesn't glitch much.

The second set of sounds is the Quadwave in poly mode feeding Halion 6. I first play a bit of the bridge for Basketcase, and then just screw around before trying to end like I'm playing "A Day in the Life".

With a few more Quadwaves playing simultaneously, pretty sure it would be indistinguishable.

Can recommend, had a lot of fun with it.

Have done every generation of the Roland GK and not super bad if set up a thousand times within a micrometer :ROFLMAO:. I like the idea of using a piezo instead of hall effect, but still has to wait to convert. I use them on one of my violins to control midi. Have wanted to try using multiple hall effects with different spacing to achieve an average among them, but would require a microcontroller for syncing anyways. Always thought that would work best if keeping strings. I'll get around to it one day. Or not.:ROFLMAO: HNGD?
