I usually don't mod newer amps that have compact PCB's but I made an exception for this one.
So here is a Mesa Triple Rectifier that I have had my nose in:

Guitar: Hagström Swede.
Cabs: Malmberg 4x12 with Celestion Greenbacks and a 2x12 with Celestion G12-80.
No pedals, straight into the amp.
Recorded with a Nikon D90 and a condenser mic on the camera for sound.

Wow, what ever you did to that amp sounds fantastic, really cleaned/cleared it up.

whoa. if my mesa had sounded like that I never would have gotten rid of it. nice.

Seriously the tightest and most refined modded Mesa tone I've heard. That's how my Friedman recto sounded with some post eq and a boost. Awesome job!

That sounded great. Short of sending my an amp to Sweden, care to share some details on the mod? Best sounding recto I heard so far. It sounds very Fortin to me. That's a complement.

sounds like many Fortin clips/vids I've seen. Never played one :(

Danm! Best Recto clip I have ever heard. Love that tone. Very tight, percussive and heavy without being oversaturated. That's the type of tone I love.

Love that tone!
I've played many amps over the years and my Triple Rec is easily one of my favorites.

hot damn that sounds awesome, super tight and saturated , great work again

I don't share any schematics of my mods but this Mesa has a much tighter bass response than a original Mesa.
Thanks for the compliment!

It sounds great. How do you mic up you cab, if I might ask?

This clip is recorded with a condenser mic that I have for my camera.
