The dirty boy was a major journey for Vic...over a year of developments and redesigns and discovery

I'm thinking i'll be one of the very first beneficiaries of his new post dirty boy tweaks, and also all that has come from his special edition plexi 45s the last of which he played over the phone for me before he sold it a couple of weeks ago.

He's been really into recording lately as well which also helps him refine his tones.

I want his plexi 45 se tone on the low sensitivity channel and dimed peacemaker with rockstah brown meets vic's power tube roar and heavy metal cello!

Stuck for a while in grand forks north dakota--if you're ever up this way I'd recommend the bronze boot restaurant---not fancy or super cheap but monster steaks!

It will be so cool to have the peacemaker back in the fold and to see how far vic can take it
I'm not looking for death metal chug tones. just sweet huge plexi tone that's easy to play at low volumes

also sorta cool he's discontinued it and I have serial #2, for no other reason other than the geek factor!

kinda funny that so many people get their mojaves modded by other guys and vic mentioned to me "why don't people ask me to mod my own amps? I can do that too.."

maybe because he's not associated with the high gain thing people seek, maybe it's because they fear everything he does is too expensive, all I know is he's always been good to me as a person and his amps strike a chord with me that affect me in a way other amps don't.

so many people claim they build vintage tones into their amps but vic truly seems to have the formula down to my ears. Bruce Egnater is another.
The two rock guys have great vintage fender sounds with the modern shine kindA like what vic does with Marshall and Vox sounds in his amps

Don't get me Wrong, I love Vic and what he can do with amps. He treated me like Gold when I met him and I will always wish him the best. I just wish that his prices were better. I mean 3 large for a single channel amp is a bit much IMHO.
