Anybody used either of those three MCP sets?
Can you describe your experience with them?
Also, specs of both bridge AND neck models would be real handy.

They will be going in an Alder/Maple/Rosewood Superstrat with a Floyd bridge.
BTW, I've emailed Wade and am waiting for his response.

Cheers.

I'd also be very interested to know about these models. I'm also curious about the Solution model. I have a set of Detroiters in my SG and underwound Afwayus in my Jackson and they are both top notch! It would be interesting to hear what Wade says.

Wade recommended the Detroiter set and I took his recommendation.
He thought that the Angel Dust would be too bright for my guitar and requirements.
He offered to do a custom wound Angel Dust with the highs reigned in, but was adamant that the Detroiters would do exactly what I wanted.
The Nasty Nasty and the Hot Head didn't get a mention.

I'm still interested in anybody's experiences with the Nasty Nasty and Hot Head sets.
Anybody?

The Angel Dust is no longer being made. You can find descriptions on the Nasty Nasty and Hot Head here on RT. Here is Wade's description of the Hot Head. I also included some info on the Nasty Nasty.

Cheers for the response but yeah I've read those threads before.
Just wondering if any new users could chime in with their experiences.

And Wade confirmed that the Angel Dust would be finished up in approx two weeks.
Always wanted to try that pickup.

I have owned both a Detroiter bridge, and currently have a Nasty Nasty bridge. I think Wades recommendation would be good/the custom Angel Dust. I think personally that Nasty Nasty is a bit brighter than the Detroiter. I currently have the Nasty Nasty in a Les Paul Standard that was very dark sounding and it really brought the guitar alive. Its EQ curve is similar to the Detroiter but it seems a little more open to me, but that could just be that its a touch brighter.

I've went ahead with the Detroiter set for this guitar.
The guitar is on the brighter side of the tonal spectrum, so darker is good in my case.
